    Description

    I think 6 of these are OK, the other 7 have some wet mildew / water damage or as is fashionable, "spelted".
    If you're going to paint them, obviously no issue, but if you're going to keep the oak finish, you
    will
    see the water and mold marks after stain and coating.  No guarantee you'll be able to sand that out.  Some have black streaks around the nails on the frame edge.  Please look at photos carefully and judge for yourself.  The second two photos are the water damaged pieces.
