It will leave our facility tested to power on and appear to function as it should. This is ALL that we can guarantee. Can we afford to ship you an item only for you to ask for a return because you might have to do some additional cleaning? NO. Can you return your item because the leg fell through the pallet and no damage to unit? NO.  Can you return your unit because it has a sticker on it that you didn't see in the picture? NO..

We do our best to provide quality working (unless otherwise stated) equipment at not only a fraction of original cost but in most cases cheaper than you find anywhere. 90% of the time your item will arrive in better condition than pictured.. We do things different.. Others will post the best pictures in the World, charge a premium price and you'll end up with pile of junk.. We on the other hand post OK pictures and generally it's thoroughly cleaned and sometimes even painted before it goes out. It's sad that this notice has to be posted but the ridiculous has led to it..
