All of these products are produced / assembled at the time your order is placed. MTO items cannot be returned due to “Buyer’s Remorse”. The only returns that will be accepted will be for manufacturer defects ONLY. Please see the section “DEFECTIVE / DAMAGED ITEMS” for additional information. Since MTO products are produced on demand, we are unable to cancel an order that has already gone into production. Therefore we are implementing the following Cancellation / Return Policy for our MTO items effective immediately. Once a MTO item has shipped, it is completely non-refundable and can only be returned due to a manufacturer defect where it will be replaced.
