    Description

    This Quad QSV-1 pick and place is an excellent machine. We have owned it for several years and it has always been maintained by the same service tech (since new) so its complete history is known. The machine has worked well for us and we hesitate to let it go after upgrading to newer faster equipment.
    The machine has 120 feeder slots and 2 placement heads. It is rated at 7000cph and we regularly get over 3500cph in a production environment. Quad align. The placement head assembly was replaced a year ago with a new one from PPM, this was done by the Quad service tech.
    We will include around 100 feeders of assorted sizes.
    We can load the machine with your carrier if needed or assist in loading for local pickup. Machine weight is around 3,000lbs.
