Used. This lot is in Fair overall cosmetic condition. The cart is a bit rough, with lots of scratched paint in the rack especially, as well as some dents in the slots on the rack and one cracked corner that doesn't affect function of the cart.  The feeders all look complete, and most have at least one hand-written or taped-on marking.  The sides of the feeders have typical scuffs/scratches from prior use.  Seven are missing the spring-loaded arm on the input reel holder.
Notes:
These came to us with a Universal 4796L machine which was working, but we have no way to test the individual feeders. No manuals, cords/cables, or additional items are included if not listed or shown.
